Manuscript sponsorship
Program
After successfully completing the first two stages of the program, particiapnts may then be invited to apply for support through a Manuscript Sponsorship. Sponsorships may provide a range of services to the author, negotiated on a case-by-case basis, which could include:
- creative or editorial mentoring and support;
- advocacy and liaison with publishers, agents, media editors, etc.;
- financial support.
In return, the University requires a number of acknowledgements, these too are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
The end result of this process should be the publication of your research-based writing as a book, in the print/e-media, even a screen-play or radio documentary script, website, exhibition or catalogue.
