Upfront and Confident - Presentation and Communication Strategies

On completion, participants will have: an en-hanced professional image and self-confidence achieved through the awareness of non-verbal behaviour, vocal delivery techniques to gain and maintain attention, and strategies for fielding questions; a process to organise and edit thoughts and content to allow them to think on their feet and/or meet their listeners' needs; clear guidelines for designing and using visuals aids in a variety of situations. By the end of the programme participants will have delivered up to four presentations and received constructive feedback.
